  • Knowledge of the organization, function, and role of HOAs, Condominiums, and Cooperatives
  • Knowledge of the Maryland Condominium Act, the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, and all other pertinent laws

  • Proficient with technology
  • College degree preferred
  • CMCA certification or commitment to obtain

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned communities
  • Prepare packages, mailings, and materials for Board meetings and annual elections
  • Prepare and send correspondence to homeowners and vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors and management
  • Respond to calls and emails from Board members and homeowners requesting information
  • Handle record keeping and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Process Architectural applications for various communities.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations, and general legal requirements of a community association
  • Assist with the daily implementation of the annual budget, perform general financial management and record-keeping
  • Assist with communication between community business partners
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

Physical Requirements:

  • Walk properties, including stairs and varied terrain
  • Sit, stand, and move for extended periods
  • Lift or carry up to 25 pounds
  • Use standard office equipment and technology
  • Visually inspect property conditions and read reports
  • Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing
  • Respond to on-site emergencies as needed
